Adolescent Killer Receives Life Imprisonment Punishment with Base 16-Year-Long Term
An 15-year-old boy has been judged to life incarceration with a lowest duration of sixteen years for the homicide of other schoolmate the victim during a midday recess.

"You acted as the provoker and... you proceeded in hurt and rage at what you considered to be his disloyalty of your bond," pronounced the justice during the punishment phase.

All Saints Catholic High School released a message stating that Harvey was "greatly mourned every daytime by the complete school community".
Law enforcement stressed the catastrophic consequences of possessing weapons, observing that a "instantaneous decision" can permanently change multiple existences.
